Motoholders produces (front-) fairing holders and rear frames from bendalble and light aluminium, which are optimized for the use with racing fairings on racetracks. Compared to the serial parts they have less weight and in case of a crash they will bend instead of brake. You often can use them on or straighten it to former position. In addition they are often cheaper than the serial parts. You sometimes make a profit by exchanging serial parts and selling them to public road drivers.
Also in WorldSBK and SSP Motoholders parts are often used.
